To download, you need first to select a file (or multiple file or a folder, etc…) and then only click on the “Download” button as shown below:

Then a File download windows, you should select “Save“:

At this point you should indicate where you want to put the downloaded files:

Then download starts, the selected files and folders are zipped in one file. One the download is completed, you can open the received file:

The downloaded files are in your local hard disk:
