Uploading a file

Let’s imagine you want to upload a picture to your SteekR space. First click on the “Picture” folder as the destination folder for your image. At your first attempt to access a SteekR folder you will get a Java Security Warning that you need to accept:

This Java Security warning is linked to the functionning of the java applet that powers the Drag-and-drop box described in this article.

You must then click on the “Upload” button of the toolbar:

A new windows appears that allows you to select up to 3 files:

Click on “Browse” to scan through your local disk the wished file and then click on “Add to my disc” to upload the selected files to your SteekR virtual disk.

Once the upload is performed then you have to click on “Close”:

Your files upload is now finished and you can see your files in your SteekR folder:
